juvinile court makes county millions by enslaving our children

my names John... I just went to juvenile court today... where I was totally and utterly discriminated against. My son is a captive of Santa Barbara County Child Welfare Services, and there is no reason for him to not be in my custody except for they get to send me the bill... he was taken out of his mothers home for neglect and mental abuse in october of 2006 and to this day they sheffle him around to unfit foster parents and make up excuses to keep him in custody. About three weeks ago I made a child abuse report against the foster home here in Lompoc where my son was detained illegally and five days later I recieved a letter from his social worker that he had been placed in an institution in Beaumont CA. "Child Help"... the letter also stated that she was resigning from child welfare services and I did not currently have a social worker... My "layer" MICHAEL CARTY APPOINTED BY THE COUNTY of Santa Barbara has betrayed me so horribly that it is beyond description... he told me six months ago, when they took my son out of his mothers home, that he couldnt represent me unless I went along with child welfare's recomendation to detain Isaiah.. and today he never even talked to me before court and then stood up there and said that I am unwilling to participate in family reunification! that guy told me he wasn't even my lawyer cuz I wouldnt co-operate with CWS... I tried to say something, but when I spoke up I was kicked out of court! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION REGARDING HIS GROSS NEGLIGENCE!
