Kathy Pabst Robshaw, founder of The Call Center User Group Association, and Principal of Total Telephone Effectiveness Company, will offer “13 Tips for A Successful Telesales Department” at the free “Lunch with Lou Business Networking Seminar” group
The “Telephone Nanny,” as Ms. Pabst Robshaw is known, will inform sales managers, help desks managers, customer service and call center managers how to help employees make better use of the telephone.
