There is a lot of creative talent in their own Hindustani community yet to be discovered. ‘But an artistic career is not really appreciated by most parents if you are 16, still a lot of youngsters are dreaming of a magical career and are hoping to one day, taste the glitter and glamour of the Bollywood industry. Now we give them a chance to finally prove themselves and therefore we emphasis on consiousness and development to maintain good qualtity.
