Adobo Grill Names New Manager
INDIANAPOLIS— Adobo Grill has named Jason Boucher as the restaurant’s newest manager.
Residing in the city’s Broad Ripple area, Boucher brings his eye for detail, love of good food and dedication to quality and consistency to his managerial duties at Adobo Grill.
Originally from Prince’s Lakes, Ind., Boucher previously worked as the front of house (FOH) manager at Claddagh Irish Pub. In addition, he was the drum department manager at Drum Center of Indianapolis, FOH manager at Henry Grattan Pub and the deli department manager at Wild Oats.
Boucher received his associate of science degree in electrical engineering technology (ASEET) from ITT Technical Institute and graduated from Indian Creek High School in Trafalgar, Ind. He also won an “Attention to Detail Award” while working at the Drum Center.
Boucher enjoys drums and poker and lives with his wife, Holly, and son, Evan.
Adobo Grill is located at 4939 East 82nd St. in Indianapolis. Owned by daVINCI Group, Adobo Grill first opened in Chicago in 2000 and now has two Windy City locations to go with its newest venture in Indianapolis, which opened in May 2006. Adobo Grill is on the Web at: www.adobogrill.com.
