The Six Sigma Black Belt for Service Excellence for Call Center Operations is a 120 hour seminar and workshop for professionals who currently work in call center operations. The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program for Service Excellence for Call Center Operations is a 40 hour seminar and workshop. Each program provides a quality principles overview, in-depth instruction in management-by-fact, a structured performance improvement methodology and use of the Six Sigma tools utilized globally in Six Sigma improvement efforts.
