Weather romantic or non-romantic, intimate relationships are a key component of the Alchemy of Happiness program. That is why we offer a specific program of relationship coaching designed for couples. These programs are constructed to provide couples with the building blocks of a life long relationship, no matter where they are in their evolution.
Couples “Discovery” Program
How well do you know your mate? Weather you’ve been together for a long time or are only just beginning; there is always something wonderful to discover about each other. This six week program is designed for couples who are interested in bringing their relationship to a new level of intimacy. With intensive focus on communication skills, intimacy building, and partnership life / career / family planning, our program provides a starting point for a life time of relationship and individual growth. The program includes weekly conversations and focused emails with both of you. It also includes four individual weekly conversations to be used as needed and open phone / email contact with Laura to support you in growing and changing behaviors “in the moment”. (Ask about The Pre-Nuptial Special Program which includes writing your vows and ceremony planning)

Let’s face it; being in a relationship is hard work. We all make mistakes, say what we wish we didn’t, and often operate from fear rather than love. Often, the scars and bruises that happen in relationships keep us from moving forward with our lives. We carry our fear and pain with us and let it play out again and again. The Alchemy of Happiness Couples Recovery Program is designed to evaluate where you are in your relationship and help you both decide what is best for your family, your relationship, and you individually. Then we take action to make it happen. This program is custom designed to your situation. As with all of our couples programs, it includes: focused couples conversations, individual conversations, open email, and phone contact with Laura to support you in evaluating the situation and bringing it in line with your goals.
