HSBC Credit Protection Insurance RIPOFF

Beware folks. HSBC will solicit you to purchase their credit protection insurance. Then you receive NOTHING in the mail about the program. And when you try to submit paperwork for your benefit, they do EVERYTHING (all correspondence) via USPS snail mail. And they never tell you that you only have 120 days to submit your claim or you don't get it. They drag their feet while you continue to pay for their insurance (tacked onto your statement)... and while you suffer. They claim "protection when you need it most." HA! Don't make me laugh. They give you a hard time... and they're jerks. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICES!!!
