New SyberWorks Media Center Article: “How does podcasting fit into a company’s training programs?”

As the fervor over podcasts and podcasting has spread, they have become an e-Learning ‘panacea.’ Training pundits immediately began to espouse the value and necessity of podcasts, without giving the technology time to find its rightful place in the e-Learning arsenal.”

He continues, “Now that the dust has begun to settle around podcasting, I think it’s important to understand how the technique can best fit into an organization’s e-Learning programs. This article takes a realistic look at podcasting’s place in business training programs.”
