Doula Consultancy Services are proud to announce that we will be providing the first ever Birth Doula/ Postnatal University accredited academic training. This type of doula training is unique and it does not exist anywhere else in the UK or the world!!!
The five day birth/postnatal course will be accredited at level 1 (certificate level) and will attract 20 - 30 credits.
Tea, coffee, biscuits and lunch will be provided.
The Doula academic course will be academically accredited and can be used to access other health related courses and carries academic integrity. There will be ongoing professional development through refresher courses and forums for peer support and supervision for all Doulas affiliated with Doula Consultancy Services. The Doula Consultancy Services would also be looking to provide Doula teacher training courses to help Doulas who wish to teach other Doulas and may be able to provide these trainers with work related to our own training programme.
