Conference and Banqueting Centre Guidelines

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 28, 2007 -- The Owner and Manager of the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre, Brian Nell, has been in the business for 15 years. Together with his skilled and experienced staff they provide food, catering services and facilities for all business or entertainment events. The Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre is housed in the centre of the Gold Reef City Theme Park in Johannesburg South Africa.

"The Oppenheimer Conference and Banqueting Centre, that provides food and catering services and facilities for all events for business and entertainment, cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to or of any equipment, flowers, décor, etc, that has not been collected from the premises, after a function has taken place" said Clyde Thorburn, a work at home Internet Marketer and Search Engine Optimisation Specialist.

Clyde went on to say, "For all lunch bookings at any of the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre’s rooms, it is standard procedure to call last rounds at 17H30 and vacate the venue by 18H00. Should your function require the use of the venue later than the stipulated time, please contact the Function Coordinator for additional costs involved".

Clyde said that, "For all dinner bookings at any of the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre’s rooms, whilst standard procedure is to close the bar facilities by 00H00, exceptions can be made. This will be left to the discretion of the Duty Manager. However, given the fact that the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre is based in the Gold Reef City Theme Park, all guests must vacate the premises by no later than 02H00".

Clyde continued to say that, "Menu prices at the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre include tables, chairs, available linen, cutlery, crockery and a full waiter service. Bar prices include the barman, glasses and ice. On request either a cash, limit or account bar can be arranged. Any stipulations may be put on the bar facility. Tablecloths at the Oppenheimer conference and banqueting centre are only available in the colour white. Overlays come in the colours of blue or burgundy. Serviettes are available in three colours namely blue, beige or white. Should you require colours outside this standard range, this can be arranged but will be for the hirer’s account. You may however supply your own tablecloths, overlays and or serviettes".
