Wendy Alane Wright, star of ABC’s reality show “Fat
March” has released her solo CD, “As I Am.”

Wendy, a former backup singer for Wayne Brady, Candy Dulfer,
Johnny Lang and Billie Myers has released 11 fantastic
songs, written and produced by some of the top people
in the business. The title track “As I Am” is written by

Grammy nominee Allan Rich, best known for co-writing
Whitney Houston's song “Run To You”, Natalie Cole's
“I Live For Your Love” and James Ingram's “I Don't Have
The Heart.” “Just A Miracle is written by Steven Cahill,
former musical director for Touched By An Angel and Carol Hall

Wendy is a sought after vocalist and has worked with
many other notables including; Jeff Trachta, Philip
Michael Thomas, Linda De Mol and blues legend Solomon
Burke. You may surprised, but Ms. Wright is a fantastic

singer and reality television shows like American Idol,
America’s Got Talent and now Fat March have unearthed
some of America’s hottest talents.

Before Fat March, Wendy Alane Wright, a New York born bi-racial singer
collaborated with Dutch producer Rene van
Verseveld and group Def La Desh which resulted in several
pop and club hits, notably her 1990 single Feel The
Rhythm” which enjoyed rotation on VH1, BET and MTV.
She enjoyed other solo hit singles “Unforgiven” which
was top 40 in France in 1992, “Now Sing It” a hit in

Greece and Spain in 1993, and 1994's (also titled)
“Feel The Rhythm,” produced by DJ Juanito and remixed
by Fernando Garibay. Wright co-wrote, co-produced and
performed featured vocals on the Tatjana Simic pop hit
“Feel Good which went top 40 and Platinum in
Scandinavia.”
