According to her design preferences, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois is completely integrated with Elise Rinaldi’s website. IDX Broker uses the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) as a method of extracting information from the MLSNI for use by consumers visiting Rinaldi’s site. The features of IDX Broker are customizable, user friendly, and attractive to consumers. Advanced property search options, a property manager tool which allows consumers to save searches and listings, and automatic email updates all attract consumers and encourage future site visits.
From designing the orientation and layout of featured listings to selecting brand logos and a listings slideshow, the sky is the limit for Rinaldi’s preferences as applied to the appearance of a seamless IDX integration.
