China and India, among others, have been competing in the past years to take away increasing number of Canada’s manufacturing and service jobs. Without a doubt it’s increasingly difficult to find an item with “Made in Canada” printed on it. For Canadian business owners, it seems a logical choice to hire cheaper labor force, but for local residents seeking employment it is highly discouraging.

Expansion plans for Nina Duong Haute Couture include distribution of the gowns throughout North America. With increased media exposure, the unique designs are in huge demand all over Canada and the U.S. Brides from all over the continent including Bermuda, New York City, and California have come to see and purchase gowns from the couture house located in Toronto, Ontario.
Chantilly Bridal located in Vancouver, British Columbia will be the first boutique on the west coast to carry Nina Duong gowns, which are scheduled to arrive by end of September.
