Tata Consulting Employee erases FBI Page on Wikipedia

India, Republic of (Press Release) September 6, 2007 -- A few month’s ago on June 19, 2007 an employee from Tata Consultancy Services in Nagar India wiped out the FBI page on Wikipedia. The user thought he was anonymous but with the new Wikipedia scanner tool by Virgil Griffith I was able to determine that a Tata employee had committed the act. Worse, the same employee (or at least the same computer) wiped out one of the Tata Wikipedia entries on May 1, 2007 then typed 5555555’s across the entire page. So the perpetrator wipes out the FBI file then wipes out his/her own company page. Not exactly a star employee.
