FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) September 11, 2007 --
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. and BOULDER CITY, Nev. - September 11, 2007 - Interbike today announced details of the Tour of Lake Mead, formerly the Hangover Ride, scheduled for the morning of September 25th, day two of the OutDoor Demo.
The ride will start at 8:00 a.m. sharp, September 25th, from Bootleg Canyon, Nev., site of Interbike's OutDoor Demo, and will be a beautiful 24-mile, out and back ride to Lake Mead National Park. Complementary shuttle buses will leave the Sands Expo Center at 7:00 a.m. Tour of Lake Mead participants will receive technical support from Mavic.
"What started four years ago as the impromptu Hangover Ride now has a more respectable name," said Lance Camisasca, Interbike show director. "We got a lot of flack over the old name and thought we might as well call it what it is, a tour of Lake Mead. It's a fun, challenging ride and a great networking opportunity for show attendees."
Attendees should contact an OutDoor Demo exhibitor prior to the show to reserve their bike (see exhibitor list below). Attendees can also bring their personal bike. This will be a great opportunity for retailers and exhibitors to casually get together and experience the latest new rides in a beautiful setting.
