PROTEI continues its successful expansion into the African telecommunication market, this time with a VAS platform for leading Mauritanian service provider Mauritania Telecom Solutions.

The platform, based on the PROTEI IVR, Voting and Mobile Portal systems, was installed recently by PROTEI engineers.
Mauritania Telecom Solutions now uses the platform to deliver a wide range of services, including:
- Voting for national and Arabic TV channels;
- Polls with prizes;
- Quizzes;
- SMS and multimedia content;
- SMS information.

The platform in Mauritania processes more than 80000 calls a day, serving both mobile and fixed-line subscribers.
