Out of the Basement Designs, LLC purchased the assets of Kristin Elliott, Inc. from Charles and Barbara Elliott.

Kristin Elliott, Inc., Amesbury, MA, has completed a transaction wherein it has
been acquired by Out of the Basement Designs, LLC. Kristin Elliott, a 60 year old wholesale stationery concern, is a leader in note cards, holiday (Christmas) cards and related items in the music, golf, tennis and photo businesses.
Out of the Basement Designs, will operate Kristin Elliott out of Mesa, Arizona. Bud and Barb Elliott, the former owners of Kristin Elliott, will serve as consultants to the new entity.
