The ‘Ultimate Whale Shark Encounter’ in Mexico, in June 2008, is a totally unique chance to swim with huge whale sharks off Mexico’s Yucutan Peninsula. In keeping with Discovery Initiatives’ ethos, each tour helps fund a research project run by Pronatura, a local wildlife NGO specifically working on long-term conservation of Whale shark populations. The Hwange Lion Study Tour in Zimbabwe is a collaboration with the WildCru research team.
