I started my home-based graphic design business to help make ends meet, while raising kids. I graduated from college (graphic design) in 1996. I also worked at other graphic companies during this time, and just other jobs. In 2004, I developed Essential Tremor and had to re-invent my business. I couldn't do some things because of the tremor, but I could still do plenty, and I learned new types of art too. So I changed my business around some and continued on. My business includes both computer design and non-computer design. I would love to keep it going. Graphic design is my dream job. And very few people find their absolute dream job.

The prize for this contest includes business related things like advertising help, business assessment, tax person, a laser printer, and some cash to be used towards developing the business.

If you vote, you also have a chance to win stuff. Yep the page is giving voters and incentive too.

The contest rules state one vote per person. Remember, this ends on Sunday Sept 16 at midnight!
