TG Ideas LLC has now posted Design Notes for Low-Cost Dental Supplies
For_Immediate_Release:

United States of America (Press Release) September 15, 2007 -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Neenah, Wisconsin, USA --

There is growing interest in designing low-cost products for developing or poverty countries. These low-cost products are affordable by people with poverty income to make their lives better. Many times engineering or design students do the design work. Other times, people make low-cost devices themselves.

TG Ideas is now publishing a series of Design Notes for Low-Cost Products on it's "Ideas for Products or Inventions Blog" - http://tgideas.blogspot.com/. These Notes provide information on what has been done already and tips for what else might be done. Therefore, designers can improve their efficiency by building on the work of others. The Notes can assist designers, engineers, and everyday people in designing low-cost products. The Note format typically involves the following - A listing of expired patents that anyone is free to use, patent searching tips to determine the "state of the art", links to other publicly available information, and ideas on what people can do with all this information. Some topics include Dew Collectors, Solar Water Stills, Solar Water Pumps, Eyeglasses, Hearing Aids, Treadle Pumps, etc. TG Ideas LLC plans to continue these Design Notes for some time yet.

TG Ideas LLC hopes the public finds these Design Notes useful and is open to topic suggestions or format improvements.
