Bakersfield - Aug/31/07 – Sweaney Custom Homes is excited to announce the “The Builders Newsletter”, which Sweaney sends out bi-monthly, won the 20th Annual Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards in May of this year.
For over 20 years, the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards have been honoring top performers in the new home industry for sales and marketing achievements among Realtors, Interior Designers, Architects, Landscapers, Suppliers, Remodelers, Builders and More!
Earlier in the year Sweaney Custom Homes was honored with a Pacesetter Award one of only 11 given out throughout the whole nation. It’s a distinction no other Kern County builder has ever received.
