If you can't find your mortgage company here, then call the phone number on your mortgage statement and ask to speak with the loss mitigation department about a repayment plan, loan modification, forbearance agreement, partial claim or loan assumption.

The first step to avoid foreclosure is to contact your lender and try and obtain a reasonable loan workout.
