I have a small child that was going to be placed in a foster home at birth and she was related to me , and there were many trial with her, I had to put my life on hold. but as of last year I started college, now I am in my second year, and the work is on-line , and papers are to be typed out in MLa form but I also work and can not get to an library to use the computer ,so if I recieve this laptop it will be very useful.

my granddaughter is eight years old, she makes all a's, she loves to learn. she is in an advance class at school.
you see she has been through a lot as a child. her father was abuseive and she still maintained all a's, her father has a condition that stops him from holding a job, her mother works and goes to school at night. the father is taking medication now and has improved some. they can not afford a laptop for her and i am disabled and on a tight budget. i have checked all around and they are to high priced.
she loves to look up things and play games that she can learn by and i would like for her to continue her learning. she is encouraged by her parents and me to keep learning and with a laptop, she would be able to look up her reports. she made a poster last year on Abraham Lincoln and with the use of someone else computer, she was able to get pictures, and more information which she used and her poster was hung in the cafertira for everyone to see, she was so proud and so was I. Please could you help me out and allow me to have her parents give this to her for Christmas, for she is not going to have very much and see her eyes lite up is going to be my Christmas Day.

I realize alot of people can color words to help them with gaining this laptop,all I can do is explain to you what I do each and everyday for the animals that can't do this for themselves.I was typing emails in the form of a letter to the Senators in all states trying to get them to liston to me on the issue of the amount of animal abuse in our states.Im now writing in long hand because my computor crashed which would cost me more money to have it fixed then it would to just buy a new one.When I heard this offer on the radio I called a friend to ask to use her computor,so this is what Im doing right now.If more people knew the horrible acts people do to dogs,cats,bunnies and yes our beautiful chimps,and we can't forget our very smart pigs,you'd get sick,that is if your the type person who has a good heart towards all God's cretures.
I need to get my work done faster,with the mail system my letters take for ever to get to the people I want to liston to me,plus alot of the times the so called 3rd party people will intervine and my letters are thrown away.With the computor my emails can get to the rigt persons,and not just in the states but out to the other countries where I mught be heard.
Heres a small example of what I wrote last week,in the artic the new sport is to kill a polar bear so they can get a trophy,not for any other reason,or every March the seal killing goes on,with men killing baby seals,adult seals and they do this with clubs,so its the Goverments I need to reach.Ive been doing this for almost 3 years now,I have received letters from some of the Senators asking me to email different businesses that would hopefully liston to me so we can have many other people do some of the work Im doing,it takes alot of people to have alot of people help you.
The puppy mills,the dog fights,the cock fighting,the killing of the polar bears,our seals,the eagels,our beautiful rinos being hunted for there horns,and our apes still being killed for the hands used for ash trays,and there feet made into a stool, I really need some help with this and beleive me a new laptop would be such a help for me.I hope you feel the same way,and help me out.
I would go out a buy a new computor but I live on a Social Sicurity check which allows me to pay my rent and get a few other things and leaves me with nothing untell my next check.I just can't do it alone,thank you for giving us the chance to try for something as nice as a laptop.
