Sunnyvale, Oct 2007 Droisys announced the completion of asset acquisition of Total Care Company, a Dallas, TX based company resulting in a combination that will create a more effective and efficient provider in the IT Service Industry. New entity operating as Droisys will be more innovative, nimble and efficient, providing benefits to customers by offering a full range of advanced solutions nationwide.
The new company's launch marks the completed transfer of ownership of all assets of TCC to Droisys. Sanjiv Goyal, CEO, Droisys said the new company will primarily focus on the Business Intelligence space, but will continue to serve all existing customers and domains. "Technology changes are shaping new competitive dynamics and creating tremendous opportunity," added Goyal, "We're creating a company with much better capabilities to seize these opportunities while maintaining its strong focus on customer service and employees”.
