I Hate CPAP founder, Dr Ira L Shapira is teaching Dentists from across the US how to treat sleep apnea without the masks, hoses and compressors that well over half of the patients are uncapable or unwilling to use. He is teaching the dentists to integrate nuromuscular techniques used for treating migraines and TMJ disorders into Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr Shapira is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, a Diplomate of the Academy of Pain Management, and Fellow of ICCMO, the International College of Craniomandibular disorders. ICCMO is the premiere academy for the study of neuromuscular dentistry and the best neuromuscular dentists loyal members. ICCMO was formed by Barney Jankelson, the father of Neuromuscular dentistry in 1979.
