Detectives Confirm With Students Teacher Assaulted Student at Whitehorse School Madison

United States of America (Press Release) October 6, 2007 -- Cover Up Of A White Teacher Assaults Part Native American Student A Madison Wisconsin school teacher at Whitehorse iddle School continues to teach. This is dispite the confirmation that the tech ed teacher assaulted a female student on 9-26-07. Madison Police Detective Vicki Anderson interviewed students thathad wittnessed the attack. Studentsstated that they confirmed the attac by Richard Raith on a female student that is part native american. Mr. Raith is a White tec ed teacher employed by the Madison Metropolitan School District. The Madison Metropolitan School District has not publicly disclosed the terms of any disclipline given to th teacher,if any was given. The district has not offered any counseling to the abused student or the wittnesses, to the best of our knowledge. I believe they thought they could just cover this up.
