Doug's new book hits the shelves October 15, 2007. Doug will be
traveling throughout the US on a speaking and book tour to promote his new book.
The first stop on the book tour will be Shasta College in Redding, CA. Doug will be speaking to the Shasta Colleges Business & Economic Workforce Development Project Committee on the benefits of customer service, marketing and personal brand development.
Doug has also been invited to speak at the Redding, CA Chamber of Commerce and The Redding Convention and Tourism Council on the same subjects.
