 OAO Kings Asset Management completed financing Lativa project

Russian Federation (Press Release) October 7, 2007 --
The russian capital and asset manager OAO Kings Asset Management completed the payment with the last tranch of their 30m USD deal. The construction works to build the wind energy park off the shores of Lativa begann early this year and will be completed in November 2008. The OAO Kings Asset Management's CFO Mr. Adrejkostovich said in Moscow, that this investment is a huge benefit for both parties of the contract.
