Aimed at rewarding organizations that leverage learning technology in high-profile projects resulting in real business impacts and profits, the selection is done by a distinguished panel of industry experts and contributors.

Northpoint’s training project required a technology-based system to help learners apply what they learned and demonstrate financial impacts on the job – even addressing the remote nature of its workforce and the coaching needs during and after training.

Resultant successful impacts after engaging learners in the usage of the tool showed :
• 63% increase in number of training Participants with sales within the first 30 days of training
• $4,000 saved as a result of eliminated need for re-training
