Alex Midler admitted to motor vehicle insurance fraud and larceny

Alexander Midler evaded $5,205 in insurance premiums

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 13, 2007 -- 5/25/07: Alexander Midler admitted to sufficient facts and his case was continued without a finding for one year. He had been charged with three counts each motor vehicle insurance fraud and larceny. He was ordered to pay $5,000 restitution, a $1,000 fine plus victim witness and court fees. Midler used his mother’s Wayland address to insure his $65,000 Mercedes rather than his actual residential address in Boston. Midler evaded $5,205 in insurance premiums by using the Wayland address to insure his vehicle.
