My name is Steve Tallamy a 50 something year old residing in Poole, Dorset in the U.K. and I have set up http://www.mind-developer.com to help others better their lives through the use of the same hypnosis and other self development programs that I myself have used.
Not so very long ago I went through what I now call the dark period of my life, suffering from depression, anxiety, lack of self belief all of which led to alcohol abuse. because I have experienced these terrible emotions and managed to successfully come through them I can write and talk about it with empathy for those people still suffering the torments of life.
