There are certain foods that when eaten daily help to reduce your fat intake thus helping you to loose weight. They help reduce the absorbtion of the fat in your diet. When we loose weight our blood pressure is likely to decrease to a normal healthy level, our cholestrol levels decrease. These foods are simple to obtain, simple to prepare, and are clinically proven to work.
