You will need to arrange for your Internet Service Provider in Cyprus to supply you with a fixed I.P address, this is very easy to do.

Once the installation has been completed, our server and your router have been configured you will be able to log onto the system. When you login you will be asked for your username and password. We will issue you with these details when installation is complete. Once they have been entered in you will be able to view your camera. 'Gold' customers are able to browse through recordings if motion has been detected and they have the option to export these images onto their local hard drive using the Database Export feature. *The software only records images once motion is detected*. Each customer has their own username and password, which means other customers won't be able to view your camera, and you won't be able to view theirs. The only other person to have access to your camera is the server administrator and they will only view it should an incident happen or if requested. If you are staying in your property you can disconnect the camera or cover the lens. (certain cameras come with covers when purchased).

To view your camera you can either download the software remotely onto your personal computer or view your camera directly from our server through your web browser. Both ways require your login details. The beauty of viewing from your browser you can view your property from wherever you may be, work or at home. The solution is very flexible and very user friendly. However, depending on which package you decide, when downloading the software remotley there are much more features including a digital zoom, Database Export, Smart Search facility and much more. There are several manufacturers of network cameras available and we are not obliged to supply one brand of camera but we recommend Axis.
