HowsMyNanny.com Celebrates 1st Anniversary as Nanny Reporting Site Provides Feedback to Parents

Launched October 2006, the site has grown significantly, and now has members in 7 states and a London based affiliate program with more members joining each month.

The site is designed to enable members to immediately discover if their nanny is doing something praiseworthy or behaving in a negligent manner. Sandhya Subramanyan of Chicago was among the first to sign up for the service. “It's something new,” she said. “It's something to do with the safety of my child, which is of course number one.” Cheap security is how Subramanyan sees it. The service costs $50 a year. “Would I worry constantly without it? No. Am I happy to have it there? Yes,” she said.

Furthermore, HowsMyNanny.com reports that the response from nannies has been extremely positive. Diligent nannies like the feedback their employers can receive. Veteran nanny, Jenny Okasinski, supports the service. “Just so you know how your children are being taken care of, because a lot of times families don't know,” Okasinski stated.
