United States of America (Press Release) October 19, 2007 --
Technology “Veteran” Robert Arroyo Poised to Become Morris County’s Premier Single-Source Technology Provider
October xx, 2007 - Morristown, New Jersey – The Utility Company, the leading provider of information technology (IT) as a utility to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), is pleased to welcome its first Utility Service Provider in New Jersey as it continues to offer small-to-medium-sized businesses across North America an alternative to outdated models of IT infrastructure and their support.
Robert Arroyo, franchise owner of The Utility Company in Morris County, is a veteran of the first Gulf War and graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has also earned an MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) and has over ten years of experience in the IT industry.
Rob admits, “Even with my dedication and technical expertise, it wasn’t until my recent affiliation with The Utility Company that I could position myself as a serious contender in this competitive market. Joining The Utility Company team enables me to offer SMBs enterprise-level IT managed services. And by having access to live people in our network operations center and our 24/7 helpdesk, onsite service is provided only when it is absolutely needed; thereby eliminating problems before they become issues, and saving money for business owners.”
Rob goes on to say, “It frustrates me to know that small to medium sized business owners can pay up to $125 an hour for simple work like plugging in a network cable or USB cable.” He explains, “A lot of people don’t know that 80-90% of the work can be done remotely and can be addressed by a competent helpdesk engineer at a fraction of what it would cost to have ‘the computer guy’ come out.“
The Utility Company is enhancing its suite of services in Connected Office 3.0 which launches in early November during the annual Utility Summit being held this year in Ottawa, Canada. By adding Web Content Management services, Voice-over-IP (VoIP) Monitoring services, Virtualization options for desktops, servers and software as well as the new “1-866-My-Utility” Per-Minute service, Connected Office 3.0 will position The Utility Company to become the premier “single-source” technology service provider in North America.
