Heila Marine Cranes from Italy informs to have closed an order for a 100 ton SWL knuckle-boom offshore crane with Active Heave Compensation (AHC) system. The winch is prepared for 2200m wire rope.

Italy, Italian Republic (Press Release) October 21, 2007 -- Heila Marine Cranes from Italy informs to have closed an order for a 100 ton SWL knuckle-boom offshore crane with Active Heave Compensation (AHC) system. The winch is prepared for 2200m wire rope.

The crane will probably be manufactured by HEILA in Singapore where the customer is based, and delivery is planned for early 2009.

Heila also informs that more similar cranes are available with "interesting" delivery times.

The yard will shortly follow with information on the vessel type and owner.
