What am I talking about? The new on-line ordering system for wedding invitations and cards has add a special touch to the ordering system. The easy to use site lets you pick a template or put in your custom verse then you enter your personal information (brides name) along with picking fonts and colors for your ink. You then just click enter and it lets you view the invitation you have picked. I was surprised at some of my choices they did not go well with the invitation I had picked.

Kerry at Uptown Downtown Shopping explained to me that when brides come in they see a font and color they just love but after viewing it on line most brides make several changes before they find the perfect combination of font and color to match the invitation they are looking at. In the long run Kerry said that the company has noticed the re-order of invitations go down nearly 85%. She did say they still do reprints of invitations but the reason is the church or reception information had been changed not do to the fact the bride does not like the invitation combination she picked.
