Network Marketing Team Letter
Over the past few weeks I have been doing a lot of research on our industry (Network Marketing in general). It seems that things are changing from buying leads, cold calling people, making out a list of our warm market, and the typical hotel meeting. From my research and from what some of the leaders in the Network Marketing industry are saying, these things are becoming outdated. According to them even if you manage to sign up 5 – 7 people you will still need to have a system in place so that they are able to duplicate what you did and not DEPEND on you.
I really believe in Network Marketing as a business model. Like Robert Kiyosaki said, it is one of the best places to network with like minded individuals and to gain business skills for future projects. Along with this belief I’m starting to see that everything is based on marketing. As we can clearly see in the music industry, the artist with the least amount of talent can go platinum if he/she is marketed properly. EVERY REAL business has a marketing plan and we shouldn’t be any different. With a good system people should be coming after us, not the other way around.
Anyway, I just wanted to touch base with everyone and to encourage them to attract quality rather than quantity on their teams and the way to do this is through good marketing. But we must make sure that we are of quality as well.
