For_Immediate_Release:

United States of America (Press Release) October 25, 2007 -- POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Oct. 25 – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) today announced a seven-judge evaluation team that will rank the world’s best outsourcing service providers for its 2008 Global Outsourcing 100.

Led by IAOP Managing Director of Thought Leadership, Jagdish Dalal, a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) and world-renowned outsourcing expert, the judges include:

Vera Marques, CIO, BASF - Brazil
Manish Sahai, Vice President, Customer Service International, Service Network Partners, American Express
Kurt Kohorst, COP, Assistant Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing, Safeco Insurance
Robert van der Eijk, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Eric Storey, Senior Associate, Outsourcing Advisory Services, Booz Allen Hamilton
Arno IJmker, Partner, Quint Wellington Redwood

“Our judges bring considerable expertise in selecting outsourcing providers in their own organizations or advising on outsourcing deals that will be tremendously valuable in selecting the winners for this year’s Global Outsourcing 100,” said Dalal. “Using the rigorous and consistent judging process we’ve established will ensure the integrity of our selections for this prestigious ranking.”

The panel will select the 100 winners in the leaders and rising stars categories, as well as determine rankings in 25 sublists by industry, services and geography.

The evaluation team will determine the final rankings based on a weighted scoring of four characteristics critical to outsourcing: size and growth; customer references; organizational competencies; and management capabilities.

The application deadline is Nov. 15, 2007 and winners will be announced in February at the 2008 Outsourcing World Summit.
