John C. Fitzgerald CPA takes on management of vacation rental in Oceanside, California

United States of America (Press Release) October 28, 2007 -- John C. Fitzgerald, CPA took over the property management of a vacation rental in Oceaside in September 2007. Fitzgerald has been working and investing in real estate since 1985. The properties he manages include, San Diego, Oceanside, Lemon Grove, and Anza, CA.

The property in Oceanside was previously managed by Paradise by the Sea which is located in North County, San Diego.

Mr. Fitzgerald has created various websites for potential tenants to reserve the unit in Oceanside.

According to Mr. Fitzgerald, he is very excited to take over the management of the Oceanside Condo. The unit sits on the beach and so far, he has received a great deal of online traffic regarding his unit for both long terma and short term rentals.
