PHILADELPHIA – GLOBAL VIDEO NETWORX announced today that it has completed the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s (GPCC) Supplier Network series, the tenth installment of the series, which was held at the Chamber offices. Joe Mahoney, Executive Vice President, GPCC, and Derek Mesquite, Vice President/Regional Sales Manager, Citizens Bank, lead sponsor of the Supplier Network, presented Karl Bittner, President, GVN with a certificate of completion, which indicates that GLOBAL VIDEO NETWORX has enhanced its qualifications to compete for major contracts.
GLOBAL VIDEO NETWORX along with other Supplier Network participants, were coached by the purchasing agents of large regional companies and organizations on key techniques and skills to qualify as vendors for larger firms and government agencies. The Supplier Network curriculum was developed by procurement officers and addressed the challenges small businesses, like GLOBAL VIDEO NETWORX, face in expanding their business opportunities. By completing the series, GLOBAL VIDEO NETWORX is signaling to the region’s larger companies that it is seeking to bid for contractual services and has the talent and skills necessary to be a successful vendor.
