(Free-Press-Release.com) October 31, 2007 --
RE/MAX DFW Associates welcomes Suzy Britz who has recently joined in the company’s Flower Mound location. She has practiced Real Estate for over 5 years . Suzy transferred from another area RE/MAX office where she was the team leader for the #1 Team both in 2005 and 2006, and in the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2007. A member of the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club, she also placed in the top 10 for Tarrant County in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. After only 3 ½ years with RE/MAX, Suzy has qualified as a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She feels her prior exposure to real estate through other family members in Real Estate® and her former career as a loan processor in the mortgage industry gives her a unique perspective in working with homebuyers. Suzy noted, “I already know the process a buyer goes through when buying a home.”

“My past career taught me many valuable lessons,” stated Mrs. Britz. “One of the most important is the ability to listen to people. Customers have needs and it is my job to listen to those needs adequately and find a solution that best fits them. Everything that I do for a customer starts with me listening to my client’s needs. I am passionate about serving people and making the home buying process as ‘stress-less’ as possible for my clients.”
Bonnie Watson, Manager of the company’s Flower Mound office, spoke very highly of Mrs. Britz saying, “Suzy is a wonderful agent and one of the nicest and most sincere people you will ever meet. It is obvious she understands the Real Estate® business and how to find the right houses for the right people. More importantly, however, she understands how to relate to people and work with them on a personal level. That is one of the fundamental principles our office is built on and Suzy adds to that primary goal. She is a great addition to our growing office.”
