The awards, which have been running since 2000, recognise excellence in housewares retailing and product development and are purely by nomination by the suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers within the Housewares industry. The online award is a new award, reflecting the growth of the Internet shopping.
Roger Morgan-Grenville, Managing Director of Dexam, the award’s sponsor and one of the judges of the award, said: “We had a very strong shortlist but Blue Shoots won due to their continual improvements across both their website and customer support operation which has resulted in the growth of their business.
