Both educators and parents are keenly aware that reading is one of the most crucial skills for children to master. An important goal in
teaching young students to read is ensuring that they are fluent with Sight Words, which are often taught using wordsearch puzzles.
Unfortunately, manually creating wordsearch puzzles is a time-consuming process and the number of already available puzzles is
limited.
To simplify the process of generating new Sight Words wordsearch puzzles, Sierra Vista Software has created an online Sight Words
Wordsearch Puzzle Generator. Educators can choose from ten pre-defined settings, or customize the puzzle according to their needs. In
the latter case the user can select the Sight Words level, the number of words in the puzzle, as well as its dimensions and color. For
easy printing, the output is provided in PDF format.
A new puzzle is generated every time the user presses the "Build" button.
