United States of America (Press Release) November 8, 2007 -- Even after you empty the Recycle Bin, your most recently deleted files can be recovered with some purpose.

Spotmau PowerSuite 2007 can delete files and folders permanently from your hard disk, so that your sensitive data cannot be recovered any more, even with the use of special software.

When to use

You want to permanently delete some sensitive data;

Or you want to totally delete your data for special reasons such as reselling or donating your computer.




How to delete data permanently

Step1. Launch Spotmau PowerSuite 2007, click the button "File Shredder & File Undelete"





Step2. Select the File Shredder & File Undelete category and click File Shredder to start the program. You should click Add Folder or Add File to select the folder or file that you want to shred.




Step3. Then you will see your selected folder or file listing in the main window. Please confirm its name as well as path. Make sure that all the listing items are really to be shredded. You have an option to cancel shredding some items through selecting the items and clicking Remove Selection.

Step4. Finally, click the button of Shred to delete the files in the list permanently. Before executing the operation, a dialog window will pop up for your confirmation.
