Forming a triangle in the Perseus constellation with two of the brightest Perseus stars, Comet Holmes ought to be visible unaided, even with the naked eye, for at least the next several weeks.
Comet Holmes is named for Edwin Holmes, who is credited with identifying the comet in the 1890's.
