Ireland (Press Release) November 15, 2007 --
Three months ago saw the launch of a new foodie website, www.iFoods.tv, a new online social community aimed at everyone interested in cooking – from outright beginners to proficient cooks.
Online cooking turorials guide viewers step-by-step through recipes developed by top class chefs who have travelled the world serving up dishes - such as ‘10 Minute Crab Cakes’ - to stars from Bill Gates and Bono to Victoria Beckham.
Having helped to solve common cooking conundrums, such as how to master a fail-safe soufflé and how to cook the perfect fish and steak, iFoods.tv has now launched new video recipes to help people through the busy holiday season. There are featured instructional video recipes such as ‘Thanksgiving Turkey’ and ‘Pumpkin Pie’ as well as great recipes such as ‘Sunday Roast Beef Dinner’, which includes ideas on side dishes to serve with your Thanksgiving meal.
Users can also use the community aspect of the site to interact with other food lovers worldwide and exchange Thanksgiving recipes and even upload their own Thanksgiving videos. iFoods.tv also runs a monthly competition with cash prizes for its more active members.
Niall Harbison, iFoods.tv Chef and MD, said: “"Thanksgiving is a great time to have all the family together sharing wonderful food. Our new Thanksgiving recipes will help you to keep a smile on everyone's face with the perfect turkey and pumpkin pie.".”
