Fayston, VT, November 20, 2007 - LearnToSail.Net has just released Learn Coastal Navigation with Multimedia Training CDROM, an Interactive Training CDROM. This beginner navigation program is designed to teach and give aspiring boaters a jump start on their navigational education.
