Atlanta Based Choreographer Jamie Parrish Turns “Raggs” to Holiday “Riches”

Parrish, considered one of the leading choreographers in children’s entertainment, was chosen for his ability to combine several forms of dance - ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz - and even gymnastics all together in a virtual feast for the eyes.

Raggs, LLC and KQED debuted the international hit preschool television series “Raggs” in the US market this summer. Twenty-Six half hours of “Raggs” began airing on select PBS kids stations June 1. Toni Steedman, creator and president of Raggs, LLC, expanded, “Jamie took our vision for the show to a totally mind-boggling level. The kids in our first Charlotte concert were going nuts! In this appealing new television series, “Raggs” stars five colorful canine characters and their wisecracking pet cat, who play great rock’n’roll music and live in their own clubhouse.
