Justine Petersen, a St. Louis homebuyers advocacy is expanding into its new location in midtown. "The Olivia Building" located at 1023 N. Grand, 63106 has undergone extensive renovations.

United States of America (Press Release) November 29, 2007 -- Justine Petersen, formerly known as Justine Petersen Housing and Reinvestment Corp. is a non-profit homebuyers advocacy. JP specializes in assisting low and moderate income individuals and housholds with access to financial tools, and home ownership. Through one-on-one counseling, JP offers its clients compehensive credit education services, as well as assistance in obtaining new "good lines" of credit and obtaining a loan for the purchase/refinance of a home. Other services include one of the regions leading SBA-partnered organizations. As an intermediary lender for the Small Business Admin., JP offers local entrepreneurs opportunites to grow. Since the inception of Justine Petersen(January 1997), the organization will be moving into its third and largest location to date. The "Olivia" Building is located at 1023 North Grand just a few blocks north of the historic Fox Theatre. Following many years of decay, this building is undergoing extensive renovations and will become the new location on November 30,2007.
